Credit Worthiness & Risk Analysis

Creditworthiness review is a service: you structure a trade-credit decision before increasing exposure. The articles show how to read the signals yourself; here we do the analysis, from available information and from what you give us.

01

When this service is worth using

Before longer payment terms, a new contract, a higher credit limit, or resuming deliveries to a partner who is already late. It does not replace your commercial judgment and it is not a guarantee that the partner will pay.

02

What may be reviewed

We work with information you can provide and with sources of public interest, where access is lawful. We do not promise private databases or queries the law does not allow us. In practice the review may include, depending on the file:

01

Registration and structure (legal entity, management)

02

Litigation or enforcement history, where it is public

03

Signals from documents you supply (contracts, prior arrears)

04

A practical conclusion: what risk is visible and what we cannot assert

03

What you receive — and what you do not

You receive a structured assessment so you can decide: proceed, ask for security, reduce exposure, or stay out. It is not a magic score and not a default prediction. We handle data carefully; we do not ask for or use information you have no basis to send.

If you only want the method, not the mandate, read the guides. If you want us to do the analysis, this is the service.

Before you increase exposure

Send the partner’s details and the context (contract, limit, arrears). We will say what we can check and what we cannot assert.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is creditworthiness review as a service?

A structured assessment of a partner, done by us, so you can decide whether to increase exposure. It is not a guaranteed prediction of payment or default. The articles explain the method; the service applies it to your case.

What sources do you have access to?

To what you provide and to information of public interest, where access is lawful. We do not promise private databases or queries the law does not allow.

What does it cost and how long does it take?

It depends on what must be checked and what documents you have. We do not display a single price or deadline as a fixed offer. After a short description of the case we say what we can do and on what terms.

Why before the contract, not after the first unpaid invoice?

Because then you can still refuse, ask for security or cut the limit. After delivery, recovery remains. The service supports the decision; it does not replace recovery of a claim that already exists.

How do you handle personal or company data?

We process only what the assessment needs and what you have a basis to send. We do not ask for unjustified access to data. Processing details are in the privacy policy and, on a mandate, in the agreement.
