Commercial claims in Moldova

Debt recovery in transport

In transport the claim usually sits on completed runs and overdue invoices, not on a “European network” slogan. Collect.md works the file in the Republic of Moldova: proof of carriage, the haulage contract and, where needed, attorney and enforcement officer in one flow.

What claims arise in transport

Typical files are road-freight invoices, unpaid domestic or international runs, demurrage and extras agreed in the contract. The debtor is often a consignee or intermediary disputing quantity, timing or the CMR. We do not use psychological pressure and we do not make home visits: we work from documents and deadlines.

How we work a transport file

We first check the written basis: contract, firm order, invoice, CMR or another handover record. Then we choose the path: negotiation and a demand on the local market or, if the debtor does not pay, a claim through an attorney. A published anonymized file shows a 430,000 MDL transport claim closed amicably, in full, in 54 days — a file result, not a promised rate.

Why a local mandate matters

Transport claims are litigated and enforced under the law of the Republic of Moldova, not a continental ranking. One flow — collection plus attorney — shortens the gap between “someone called” and “the claim was filed”. We report the stage; the recovery fee is paid on collection, not as an advance.
