On site, non-payment often hides behind “not yet received” or retentions without a clear basis. Collect.md treats the claim as a Moldovan commercial file: work statements, contract, agreed penalties — then negotiation or court, without a show of force.
Contractors and suppliers are left with unsigned work statements, materials delivered unpaid, retention held past the term, or differences after handover. A subcontractor often has proof of performance but not the beneficiary’s signature. The calendar matters: the ordinary three-year limitation period does not wait for the site to close.
Strategy: from statement to title
We look at what you can prove today — not what “should be signed tomorrow”. If the amicable track does not move payment, the attorney in the Collect.md flow opens the court path. A published anonymized construction file reached enforcement for 650,000 MDL, over a published 90 days; the table does not give a collection percentage for that file.
No upfront fee, with reporting
We do not sell a “90-country package”. We work the file here: Chișinău and the rest of Moldova, one collection-and-law flow, fee on result. You see the stage — negotiation, court, enforcement — not a decorative dashboard.
