Financial institutions do not have one file; they have a flow. Collect.md takes volumes in the Republic of Moldova with a mixed method: amicable where possible, court and enforcement where required — reporting per file, not a single invented rate for the whole portfolio.
A published anonymized mandate describes 120 files under ongoing management, mixed method, with no single recovery rate. That is how we handle other volumes too: each claim keeps its own path. We do not publish the institution’s name and we do not turn a portfolio into a “No. 1” advert.
Loans and leases have their own communication rules. We work legally, without home visits and without intimidation. The team attorney steps in when the file leaves negotiation. Reporting distinguishes collected, instalments, dispute, enforcement — so you can decide the next volumes.
Local portfolios are enforced in Moldova’s courts and with its judicial officers. A group with worldwide coverage does not replace knowledge of the procedure here, the language of the file, and payment on result. Mandate review is free; we do not charge an advance to “reserve international capacity”.
