Public texts are by Collect.md team members. The author shown on an article is the one stored on the article record (Alexandru Schipor, Sergiu Munteanu, Alexandru Lungu). Articles with no stored author are attributed, on display, to Alexandru Schipor as the default editorial author. Authors have a profile page.
Content with legal implications is reviewed by attorney Sergiu Munteanu, licensed to practise in the Republic of Moldova. When the author is not the lawyer, the article shows a “Legally reviewed” line. Tools (late-interest calculator, payment demand, limitation period) and the glossary stay noindex until the same validation. This editorial policy is in the same state until approved.
We rely on the law of the Republic of Moldova (including the Civil Code, the Civil Procedure Code, Law No. 133/2011) and on court practice as general orientation, not advice on a specific file. NBM rates come from the National Bank’s official export, updated at build time. We do not cite unpublished “internal practice” as a source of law.
Articles show the publication date and the update date. We change a text when relevant law changes, when NBM data used on the site changes, or when we correct a reported error. We do not promise a fixed review calendar for every article.
Write to info@collect.md with the page URL and a description of the mistake. We correct verified facts. Legal wording stays with the attorney who validates the page.
