The situation
A financial institution entrusted us with a portfolio of 120 overdue claims. The institution is not named.
Volume needs rhythm: every file has a different debtor, amount and stage. The institution needed a clear view of the whole portfolio, not 120 separate conversations.
What we did
On intake we sorted the portfolio: files for negotiation, files that need a demand letter or court, files already in enforcement. Each takes the track it needs, and the institution receives regular reporting across the portfolio, file by file.
- Intake and sorting of the 120 files.
- The amicable track where the debtor is able to pay.
- Court or enforcement where negotiation is not enough.
- Regular portfolio reporting, with the stage of every file.
The result
120 files under ongoing management, with the stage of each reported to the institution. We do not publish a single recovery rate for this mandate.
What other creditors can take from this
A portfolio needs rhythm and reporting, not just isolated files. A mixed track means not every claim takes the same road.
Anonymized case: the creditor and the debtor are not named. The result is not a guarantee for other files.
